What are the access hours?

Members with a desk or office have 24/7 access via a personal door code. Hot-deskers can use the space between 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday.

How does the contract work?

Hot desks are pay-as-you-go. Dedicated desks are rolling monthly with a one-month notice period. Private offices are rolling monthly with a one-month notice for the first 12 months, then a three-month notice period thereafter — no long lock-ins, just a bit more certainty for everyone once you're settled in.

Is parking available?

Yes, free on-site parking at Station Yard, plus the public car park is two minutes away.

What's included in the price?

Fast Wi-Fi, utilities, kitchen access (tea, coffee, milk), the lounge, and meeting room access for members.

Can I bring a guest?

Of course — guests are welcome for short visits. For longer or repeated visits we ask that they sign up as a member or use a hot desk.

What about printing?

Black-and-white prints are 5p, colour 15p — billed monthly with your membership.

How fast is the internet?

Symmetrical full-fibre — 2000/2000 Mbps (2 Gbps up and down) into the building. Plenty for video calls, huge uploads, and anything else you can throw at it.
